Okay, for all those comic nerds, it's okay I'm not going to diss comics any more than I just did. Personally I love comics, or rather, graphic novels. If you are a stalker and looked at my profile you might have noticed that one of my favorite books is "The Plain Janes", which is a graphic novel, and one of the best books ever. But to continue on to what this is really about, Superman and Superchic[k], and who really is better in my mind. Okay to all you Superman lovers this might be offensive, but I seriously don't like superman! I mean the fact that it's a man saving the world and the guy has such big muscles he probably would need a bra if he was real, well to me it's a bit sexist. Also, I don't think it's that great of a fashion statement to wear your
underwear on the outside of a pair of
tights! And he's supposed to be saving the world! Ok I'm done with my rant on him.
The real heroes of the world if the band Superchic[k]! There changing the world one song at a time and they really do care. It changed my life forever when my pastor's gave me a their cd. And just because they're a Christen Band isn't the only reason, they help teens everyday, probably have even saved lives! At the end of this school year I'm planning on setting up an act for the talent show or maybe even our towns festival and doing the song Hero, by Superchic[k] of course. And to any on who's reading this you should check out that song, it really changed my perspective on life!
